I'm not even in the NAR/TRA/Kyte loop. There may even be something to hang your sabotage claim on. I just don't know. However, sabotage is an ugly accusation. The NAR had a plan to free sport rocketry from BATFE interference by joining forces with TRA in a lawsuit. A legislative effort would be made after the legal suit, if or as needed. It can be argued that Wickman's legislative attempt sabotaged the NAR/TRA/BATFE lawsuit that was (or is, if not hopelessly stalled) awaiting summary judgement. No judge wants to make a ruling that may be over turned or nullified by pending legislation. Finger pointing and wild accusations get us nowhere. Alan
