Like I say, I don't believe the engine was running too lean, though of
course I can't prove that. In my opinion (and that of my flying partner) the
engine was running really sweetly. I can only assume, as other posters have
remarked, that the lubricant used in Coolpower 10% is not up to the job of
looking after the TT engine.

Another poster asked something along the lines of "why would one
manufacturer recommend Coolpower if another one doesn't?". Well, consider
the automotive industry and ask why different engine manufacturers recommend
different oil types and grades. It just comes down to what works best with
one engine.

Still, I do find it interesting that the model shop where I buy my fuel no
longer stocks Coolpower.

Anyway, I don't intend to prolong this thread any longer - I was just
posting my own experience and now I'll butt out.
