In my opinion (and that of my flying partner) the engine was running really sweetly. I can only assume, as other posters have remarked, that the lubricant used in Coolpower 10% is not up to the job of looking after the TT engine. Another poster asked something along the lines of "why would one manufacturer recommend Coolpower if another one doesn't?". Well, consider the automotive industry and ask why different engine manufacturers recommend different oil types and grades. It just comes down to what works best with one engine. Still, I do find it interesting that the model shop where I buy my fuel no longer stocks Coolpower. Anyway, I don't intend to prolong this thread any longer - I was just posting my own experience and now I'll butt out. Tim --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
