Intuitively, fora dimensional lumber mill, that makes sense. Any
celluar moisture and any surface moisture will, to a point reduce friction,
and friction means both blade heating and blade dulling. The moisture
probably is not enough to cause rust / corrosion on the blade.
But what about the wood for the paper mill?
