Everyone reuses oil, particularly food institutions. Oil will get
reused X number of times. It will be filtered and cleaned with each
reuse and then replaced after a given number of uses.

That's the part that *really* being questioned right now.
The most recent research is tending more toward the presense or absense
of certain chemicals in the body as to what deliterious effects a high
fat diet will have.
