As I stated previously, that same argument was used to say there was no 
racial discrimination when inter-racial marriages were banned.  That 
argument was bogus.  When you limit a person to marrying only one race, 
you have racial discrimination.  When you limit a person to marrying 
only one gender, you have gender discrimination.
