Nah.  You want them separate.  First, why the heck would you want your
whole harem menstruating at the same time?  Isn't the point of a harem
to have selection?  Second, you'd want to be able to have them rotating
in and out for housework and cleaning.  Third, it's generally accepted
that it's easier to "Brain Wash" someone when they don't have a support
network of fellow prisoners.  You want to keep them separated.
