Does anyone have any info on Fujunjie Knives... most likely based in Beijing? I got a couple of knives from someone who just came back from Japan and China. I'll be doing my own research later today, but at this point they seem to be very well designed, but weren't too concerned with precision or the quality of their materials. The first is a stiletto-ish fixed blade... reminds me of a very aggressive letter opener :) About 9" overall with a 4" blade and a basic leather(?) sheath, full tang, front bolsters and rose(?)wood scales. The only marking on is the typical "stainless." The second is a small folder, about 6.25" overall with a 2.25" blade, front bolsters and rose(?)wood scales. It has a very strong slip joint that I actually thought was a lockback until i tried to close it... it has that much power in it. This one has their name on it, as well as "U.S.A. Saber" and an american flag, and of course "stainless steel." And for all the americans here, they actually did remember to have 13 stripes, you can count the stars yourself when the pics are online :) Based on the materials and the consistent lack of precision (bolsters aren't even to start with), they're definitely made by the same company. I'll probably be working on my site later today, so I'll most likely post some pics there and the addresses here. Thanks in advance for any help on this. - chris alpamsfq - 417A
