Colombia River uses a nice little hard rubber gasket/washer under their
pivot screws, and that seems to work really well.  My M-18 has no loosening
problems but opens as smooth as anything.  I plan to cut my own the next
time I have a knife that needs pivot stabilizing.  I'll probably try cutting
out some dried Plasti-Dip.  Hard rubber is best.
