No problem. You can purchase silicon carbide lapping film in grits up to 9,000 ( mirror polish). You can make up some metal rods that 'fit' the serrations. Then its just a mater of wrapping the rods with the lapping film and you have the perfect sharpener. Take it slow and get the angle as close as you can to the factory angle.
