They grow up so fast

We have a six month old baby in the family now.   My wife bought an
over the counter medication for him.   The packaging reads:

      Hyland's Homeopathic Teething Tablets
      Symptomatic Relief for Teething in Children
      No Side Effects
      Soft Tablets Dissolve Instantly

And on the back...

      Warnings:
      Ask a doctor before use if pregnant or nursing.

I know kids are growing up faster these days, but isn't this a little
ridiculous?
