Re: AHS - Membership Form Error

Dear Sirs:

I regret to say that I have had some difficulty with the membership 
form.  Though the problem has been corrected, anybody who submitted a 
membership application after Friday the 14th will have to repost it.  I 
appologize for the inconvenience and assure you that it will not happen 
again.
