Gongs at the State Banquet

Dear all,

I saw a portion of the State Banquet on Cspan.  HM appeared to be wearing the
Garter Sash with the Garter Star, plus two family orders (not sure which).
Prince Phillip and Prince Charles both wore one (I think) neck jewel, but I'm
not sure what. Does anyone know?  I didn't get a close look and am not that
familiar with them at a distance. They both had at least two stars, but could
have had more--if so they were below the level of the table. Not sure if any of
the American guests so entitled wore any British decorations, for I did not get
to glimpse them?
