"After hunting hours?" So it is a POACHER, not a *hunter*, and no longer
just an accident, but a mortality caused by the commission of a crime,
which makes the possible penalties considerably higher.

A lot of the news media likes to confuse poachers with hunters, as it
serves their purpose to create distrust of those who do the most to fund
and participate in this nation's wildlife conservation.

#Excellent tactics by that particular deer.

I think that deer was in Maryland two years ago...
