I see nothing wrong with their being taken to court for their offenses. And,
I'm sure SOME nut will yell "See! It's the gun industry again!", this could
just as easily have been Eastman Kodak or a company that rebuilds
transmissions.
Before a certain point in recent history, it might've been reasonable to say
that we didn't know the risks of some chemicals. Guess: mid-1950s to early
1960s. After that, dumping should be considered intentional.
