"Model 98 Mauser" advertised in American Rifleman

Hi Gang,

I am thinking about buying one of the "Model 98"
Mausers advertised in the American Rifleman. It's
the full page ad for the Bolt Action Mauser made in
German occupied Serbia in 1943. They are just under
300 bucks and are listed as being in just about mint
condition. They are chambered for 8mm.

Anyone have any experience with these?? I am going from
memory on the ad, so excuse me if I have any of the facts
listed incorrectly. I am wondering about the quality on
these Mausers. They sure look nice in the picture...
