That would be a stupid move on MS's part and put the Xbox2 in the same
sort of position the Dreamcast was before the PS2 came out.
The ideal launch period for the Xbox IMO would be 3 to 6 months before
PS3... close enough to have the very latest tech possible, but far
enough to generate a quick head start of the gate.
IMO, PS3 will still outsell Xbox2 in the next generation no matter what.
But MS should be able to make a fair fight out of it this time.
