I see, we can only discuss today and places close to you.  Interesting.  I

Try looking at the number of cargo ships being off loaded in NYC.  Don't
bother,
those businesses moved across the river to NJ where the labor costs were
cheaper.
Oh, I forgot, only those business within 100 yards of you count.  LOL.
