Oh, and as far as using the Donkey Kong iso xformer, that's exactly what I
have on my test bench for repairing monitors.  *Most* 4600's work just fine
on 100VAC.  The worst side effect that I have seen is a waviness that exists
even after a complete cap kit, but I haven't been able to track that down to
a specific revision (read: hack) of that chassis.
