Enduro Racer input ranges

Hi all,

I just put a new set of cables on my Enduro Racer control panel and would
like to calibrate the brake and throttle. However, I don't have the manual.
Anyone know what the ranges should be in self-test for the brake, throttle,
and right-left steering?

Even better would be a copy of the manual. Thanks,
