Show me a law that states that.  It is not false advertising to have a
mistake in an ad and refuse to honor that price, nor is it illegal.
It is illegal to do a bait and switch, but that's something else
entirely.

It is good business to honor the price, and lots of companies CHOOSE
to do this, but they are not legally bound to do so.
