Want to form a gaming group?

Hi, all, I am a college student and software engineer with a goal of
one day being lead producer to a video game.  I am looking for (3D)
artists, (C/C++) programmers, or sound designers – or anyone
interested in it – who would be interested in grouping.  There is NO
money; just looking for others who, like myself, want to form a group
and develop games.  I put this email out to a lot of groups, so please
