To my knowledge they are fully liquidated and have sold off all their intellectual property. Perhaps the rebirth of the web site is somebody who bought the rights at auction and is trying to use the name to build a new company... kind of like how the Atari brand name has jumped around even though the original Atari corporation went bust nearly a decade ago-- evidentally Infogrames has most recently bought the rights to "Atari" upon acquiring the assets of Hasbro Interactive, and Infogrames have gone so far as to rename themselves Atari and adopt the logo! So a name can have a lot of weight behind it, it would seem. Ubi Soft http://www.ubi.com bought the rights to Might & Magic at the 3do fire sale so hopefully you will see a continuation of the franchise through them. Trip Hawkins personally bought a few of the patent assets so perhaps he will try to pursue them under a new going concern. Microsoft bought the high heat baseball rights. "S.
