Is 3d0 completely out of business?

Hello! I was wondering if 3do was completely out of business, or just
"restructuring" and hopefully staying in business.
Their website only says :
"Our website and FTP services are currently undergoing maintenance.  Due to
our limited resources we are not in a position to provide individual
assistance.  We aim to be back online real soon."
Anybody know more details about what is happening?
