Tournaments are a lot of fun! Expect, people-wise, over 30 and, at the same time, under the amount of people you KNOW will come. :-) This is from experience. Most Local tournaments host some kind of open and closed deck. I always host at least one closed deck event and two open deck. These are usually Booster Draft (closed deck) and Type 1 2-player (open deck) and Type 1 mutiplayer (open deck). Most beginners will play Type 1, so I suggest skipping Type 2 for the time being unless you have more than 5 people playig it. -- Rory http://redemptionaugusta.tk "Bob Bolender III" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote in message news:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Hey, > > Well now that I read your E-mail, I want to either host or go to a > tournament.
