Re: (redemption) REG revision

I'd like to see the "10 Commandments" (from the EZ Board discussion), with
perhaps a few additional principles, spelled out and explained in such a way
that a large number of the REG questions would be covered by these broad
principles-and then the "easy" questions covered by them could be deleted from
the REG.
