    Hmm, I never noticed that before.  It does say a promo is available for
survey completors.  If I had known that, I would have sent it out right
after I bought it!  I doubt it is still valid, however.
    I disagree that the players guide is of little value.  I find it great
to teach people who are just beginning in the game, and also as a reference
to the first few sets of cards, some game variants, the meaning of the
brigades, and strategies with the cards covered.
    In our last Local tournament, the tournament host was allowed a
promotional card as well
