(redemption) REG revision

Hey All,
I would like to start the disscussion of ways to revise the reg.  I have
found that it is beginning to become hard to find stuff in it and it is
just too big and bulky.  Any ideas?  I would like to propose a split. 
Have a reg without examples and have a regee (REG extended examples) which
only contains examples.  Also a different format might be a good idea if
there is a better one out there.  Any thoughts?
