Hey Rory,
Why dodn't you start looking under different stuff on-line.  My wonderful
case (as those who have seen it can testify) was orginally for a
commercial vaccum.  It has nice foam and only took a little bit of
modifacation.  I'll look around and post if I find anything and you do the
same.
