Well, Silver Myr.  In terms of actual blue creatures, though, only Benthic
Explorers can do it - and then only if your opponent controls a tapped land
that produces blue.  Also, Sea Scryer and Ceta Disciple can wash mana to
blue.

Or islandhome, which is more common than islandwalk these days.
