    A few... the two big ones being that constructed decks have to be 60
cards minimum, not 40, and moving Lightning Greaves around doesn't help with
storm. You have to play a spell to trigger storm, and equipping is not
playing a spell.
    With that said, I'd try adding more of your key cards (Brain Freeze,
Raven Guild Master, Traumatize). Maybe some Howling Mines... I'd use Sage
Owl over Index too, one less card involved but you get a creature attached,
and you can bounce the owl to re-use it sometimes.
