PTQ Kobe - Doncaster - Postponement

Hi all

Due to late confirmation of the PTQ Kobe (extended) event due to be held in
Doncaster (Askern) by Hasbro and the DCI we have been unable to book the
hall, the event is now postponed into the New Year
