    Vintage is sanctioned, but he said vintage-*only*. I guess that'd be
something that only allows cards from sets up to Alliances or Fallen Empires
or something.
    While I'm here, though, I should point out that whether or not vintage
formats are heavily promoted, all a player has to do is find a few others
who want to play vintage and then bug their local card shop to run some
sanctioned vintage tournaments. So folks who complain about Wizards not
caring about vintage should get some tournaments going so they have a reason
to care.
