but at the lights, the ...erm....target?...already HAS a car. they're
not going to need a lift anywhere.

although, if you're asking someone standing on the street corner at a
light....a red light no less...then you might need a car AND some
cash....

to bring this back on topic..sort of....my playgroup made some hooker
allies once, some years back. !Tor. i think there was a pimp, too.
