Very good thinking, my friend.
Or a vampire that gets a bonus each time Cull the Herd, Revelation of
the Sire, Blood Bond, Purity of the Beast, Of Noble Blood or other
ultra-cool actions are played.


How about minion cards?

Example:

The Less Frequented Parts of Town
Unique Master 1 pool, requires Nosferatu

Tap this card to give a Nosferatu you control one maneuver.

If you control 2 locations that requires Nosferatu, tap this card to
untap a Nosferatu you control during your discard phase.

If you control 4 locations that requires Nosferatu, tap this card to
tap or untap a Nosferatu during your minion phase.

More cool concepts, please.
