Communal Haven update

Just wanted to pop in and say that thanks to TheLasombra (and co.),
CH has been updated with the newest ELDB database which includes
the Black Hand.
Email me (privately) and let me know if you have any problems.  If you
post any comments here, unless someone passes them on, I will not be
aware of them.
