Stat gain potions

I just got my level 25 hafling mage down to level 25.  I was looking forward
to this level as I've read this is where you get stat gain potions.  I did
find a potion of intellegence :)

I'd like to find lots of these stat potions.  Is level 25 the optimum level
to find them? or will I find them just as often as I head down.

After reading the faq it seems that level 25 is the optium level, just
wanted to make sure before I waste my time clearing this level mutiple
times.
