I suppose it's more carrying than wielding, as you don't use them simultaneously, maybe except shield and 2-hand weapon. But don't forget about light source in addition. But when carrying is important then why not use the whole inventory properties? Could be interesting. ;-) I wonder if some pseudo-hero in the history was able to shoot bow with one hand BTW.
