I have lost count of how many times.  I went downstairs, found
myself at a dead-end.  Went back up the stairs and found myself
in another different dead end.  It is as if I went from level

X < Y > Z

Now X and Z are connected by a single stairwell.  No teleport traps.
I have magic mapped both levels.  The two rooms are completely
disconnected from any other rooms on their levels.  No secret doors
that I can find.  ( There are not any in the Orc Mines anyway are
there? )

I would kill for a mining pick.  If I had had only 1 charge left in
my wand of digging...sigh. I hate losing characters to bugs.
