[ANNOUNCE] GearHead v0.801 now available

GearHead is the roguelike CRPG of giant robots and kung-fu action.
The new release v0.803 is now available for download. You can get
the Windows executable and Free Pascal source code from:

Most of the changes this time around have been additions to the RPG
campaign. I really feel that the game is moving close to completion.
Here's a list of the highlights:

- Several new towns have been added to the RPG campaign, including a
pirate spaceport, a deadzone fortress, and a hot springs resort.

- New dungeons, new quests, new missions, and two new entry stories.

- Factions will now reward loyal service. Your can rise from being a
mere recruit all the way up to the rank of general. Rewards are given
for each promotion.

- There's a new music industry story. Your character can be awarded a
recording contract, and might even reach number one on the pop charts!

- The Codebreaking, Science, and Survival skills have each been made
more useful. Using Survival, it's now possible to hunt for food.

- The ending has been completely rewritten. Email me your victory file
if you complete the game and I'll add your name to the postcard list.
