[ANNOUNCE] CatH-Angband 3.0.3 Released

I am proud to announce, after yet another three-year hiatus, a new 
version of Cat-and-the-Hack Angband. Aside from a few bug fixes, this 
release is essentially just the CatH 2.9.1.3 features reimplemented in 
the 3.0.3 core with a few exceptions:

* The adjusted hits-per-blow table was not used because I believe 3.0 
already made similar adjustments. Similarly, Ranger object feeling was 
not changed because 3.0 already made the necessary changes, I think.

* Kobolds and poison brand are already in 3.0, so there was no need to 
use the old versions of those.

* I didn't implement the Set Recall Depth scrolls because 3.0 created 
an option that would make them useless and I want to re-examine the 
recall issue a bit before I change things too much.

Although I developed this version of CatH on OS X in Project Builder, I 
have decided not to release an OS X version myself because there are a 
few things I can't get working right in Project Builder, most notably 
character dumps. So I am only distributing the source, and I'll leave 
all the binaries up to the good porting folks of the Angband community.

CatH, as always, can be downloaded from the CatH-Angband web site at 
http://cath-angband.sourceforge.net/ and should soon be available from 
the clockwork.dementia.org FTP site.

Note to anybody nice enough to do a port for me: Don't forget to 
include the readme2.txt file along with your distribution. It contains 
CatH-specific information.
