[V 3.0.3] Magic spoiler files updated

I have just finished updating the two spoiler files for spells and
prayers.

MAGIC.SPO lists all spells in all books, complete with level and mana
required, basic failure chance and experience points granted for first
use, plus it describes the effect of the spell.

BOOKS.SPO is a shortened version, containing just the spells, level
and mana required and basic failure chance.

Both files have just uploaded to clockwork.dementia.org and will be
available for download after Robert moves them from the incoming
folder to the spoiler folder.

I don't have much experience playing a magic-using character, so I
suppose there might be some errors in the spoiler files. Please send
me an e-mail if you spot them.
