Is Pop framework any good?

Hi,

I have just finished reading "Software engineering and 
computer games" by Rudy von Bitter Rucker.  In it, he 
describes the Pop framework he developed for creating 
computer games.  The Pop framework is available for 
free.

If the Pop framework any good?
