As for rain with 'bright',
if you have two cards with 'bright', other than rain , no point

if you have three cards with  'bright' including rain with 'bright',
only two points
if you have four  cards with  'bright' including rain with 'bright',
four points
if you have five cards with  'bright' including rain with 'bright', 15
(fifteen)  points (great!)
