#tick functionality in WinTin95 not working

'lo MUDers!

I'm using WinTin95 on an XP machine, and I think it does
its job quite well.

BUT... I recently tried to use the #tick functionality, and it doesn't
seem to be working... I do '#ticksize 10', which seems to work.
But when I do '#tickset' nothing happens... Not after the 10 seconds
either...

'#tick' always returns 'MY TICKER IS OFF! DUNNO SECONDS TO TICK'...

Am I doing something wrong, or is there a (known) bug in WinTin95
(on XP?)?
