Event Trigger

Anyone know what i can download or what i need to run so that i can simulate
to my computer that the enter key has been pressed without me being present
and pressing the key. I want this to trigger every 5 seconds, so every 5
seconds the computer is told the enter key is pressed and executes that
command.

Any ideas?
