I agree. It may only be the case that those were the figures in fashion at the time that I was reading the LOTR, but to me they best embodied my view fantasy critters. Thin, long legged Elves, squat but not too squat Dwarves, and sleek warg riders. Not an oversized weapon or slotta base in the lot. It was an age when 25mm was just that. I imagine that they must seem wimpy and under powered to the Warhammer crowd.


I just wish they were still $2.75 a pack!

Sadly, there isn't anything in it yet, but I've got my fingers crossed for some old school Fantasy Collector Series 6-packs.
