A non-player here, with kind of an off-the-wall question. Mom's an enthusiastic Mahjong player, so when I ran across tile beads, I thought I might make her a tile bracelet for Christmas. Poking around on the net, I see bracelets are typically 6-8 tiles. But here's the question: should I just pick random tiles that look good, or should I go for a "high-scoring" bracelet? Or would that even have meaning without the full complement of tiles? (Unrelated aside: she's kicked around the idea of buying her own set, but has been told that no stores carry them locally (northwest Arkansas) because it's illegal... they're used for gambling. She's skeptical, as am I, but the state *does* have other, peculiar, blue laws, and I can't say as I've gone looking for, say, decks of cards while I'm down there...)
