Is there an equivalent to "13 Unique Wonders" in Taiwan MJ?

I believe Taiwan MJ is played with 16 tiles in the hand (win on 17th
tile), while most of the other Chinese variants are played with 13
tiles in the hand (win on 14th tile).  So I was wondering if there is
an equivalent to the "13 Unique Wonders" hand in Taiwan MJ.  [For
those who don't know the term, "13 Unique Wonders" refers to a hand
with one of all the Word tiles (winds and honors) and one of the 1 and
9 of each of the suits (adds up to 13 tiles), a pair of any wins.]
