in case of  GoStop,

rain suits are counted.

its 'pi' (=lowest value) is counted as 2 'pi''s. (great!)

therefore, rian suits has a disadvantage for 'blight' card
and an advantage for 'pi' card.

as for other pieces of rain card, they are normally counted.
