FWIW, I hated 3e rules until various posts in rgfd convinced me to take
another look with a more open perspective.  Since doing so, I have been
growing steadily fonder of the system, more so even than I was of whatever
version it was with which I had grown up.  Now if only I could find a game in
my area that will have me!  :-D

IOW, who knows?  There are opinions around here that can be "converted."
